5.2 GOOGLE MAPS

Google Maps services are used on our website (e.g. in-screen or via interfaces / API). Google LLC, USA, may therefore process information about your actual location. 5.3 GOOGLE WEB FONTS

On our website, Google Web Fonts, which is offered by Google Inc., is used for the display of fonts. The integration of these web fonts takes place through a server call, usually a server from Google in the USA. This transmits to the server which of our websites you have visited. The IP address of the browser of the end device of the visitor to this website is also stored by Google. 5.4 STRIPE

For the purposes of processing transactions, this website uses services of Stripe Inc. payment integration platform. Any personal data shared by you through our website for the purposes of payment are not stored or processed by us, but will be processed by Stripe. 5.5 PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

The integration of services and content of third parties takes place in the interest of an appealing presentation of our online offers. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.

6. NEWSLETTER

With the registration for the newsletter and the subsequent confirmation in the received e-mail link (double opt-in), the following personal data will be processed: surname, first name and e-mail address. The data is processed for the purpose of authenticating the registrant when registering and sending a newsletter to the registrant.

The data you enter for this purpose will be processed by us. The service of MailChimp is used to send our newsletters. The provider is Rocket Science Group LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Suite 5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. With MailChimp, the sending of newsletters can be organized and analyzed. If you enter data for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter, it will be stored on the servers of Mail-Chimp in the USA. When you open an e-mail sent with MailChimp, a file contained in the e-mail (so-called web beacons) connects to MailChimp’s servers. This can be used to determine whether a newsletter message has been opened and which links have been clicked. In addition, technical information is collected for the statistical analysis of newsletter campaigns, such as the time of retrieval, IP address, browser type or operating system. 7. OTHER RECIPIENTS OF YOUR DATA

A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed does not take place.

However, the use of order data processors is possible, in particular in connection with the use of external IT service providers. These order data processors carry out the corresponding data processing exclusively on our behalf. They are bound by the same data protection regulations as we are.

8. RIGHTS OF THOSE AFFECTED

Data processing by Marketing With Singh takes place in Switzerland. A cross-border disclosure of personal data from Switzerland is possible. The announcement is made in countries that have an equivalent data protection standard, in application of appropriate data protection guarantees or in view of the consent of the person concerned.
