We offer a comprehensive, integrative 90-minute classic Hatha yoga class in which we practice concentration, breathing, physical and meditation exercises in a quiet room in a meditative manner and weave in philosophical and everyday practical content/inputs. Apart from a few interruptions, the yoga course takes place weekly throughout the year and can be started at any time by arrangement.
We implement revitalizing, strengthening and constructive as well as relaxing, stretching and meditative elements in our yoga practice, which on the one hand strengthen, balance and cultivate the body, mind and soul and on the other hand bring calm. The aim should also be to maintain, improve or restore health.
