Natyachandra

Natyachandra is led by the dance artist and teacher Petra Heiz.

In 2005 she began teaching Bharata Natyam to a group of 3 students in Winterthur. With the help of her family, she set up a dance room in the basement of her home. Gradually, more students were added. Learning this demanding and holistic art requires a lot of discipline and perseverance.

Natyachandra means something like, the moon among the dance arts; in the sense of the best of all dance arts.
