Born in Kerala, South India, Pradeep Chandran is passionate. From the age of 22, he ran his own restaurant on the beach at the seaside resort of Kovalam. When he arrived in Switzerland 20 years ago, catering remained his favorite field. Geneva hotel school, postgraduate training in management and accounting, various experiences in the Swiss hotel industry, a career that is built step by step, with the aim of one day becoming independent.
Indian cuisine restaurant, “Nandanam” was born from this passion.
