ISHA Yoga

I hail from the country India, located in the southern part of Asia. I attended a convent school in Delhi where I had my first experience of Yoga.

Twice a week we had lessons as a compulsory part of the school education, I spent these classes in the front row for being able to do all the Asanas perfectly. Some years later I found myself lost in urban education and jobs, where money making was the most important thing and seemed to be the only thing that mattered to everyone.
